We’ve brewed this cherry ale to support Four & owner Steph, representing Team GB at the “Senior Agility Open” in Germany this year. After a Silver win last year, they’re off again & we get to cheer them on!

Cherry Ale is Steph’s favourite, so we brewed a tart, fruity beer with a smooth wheaty base.

A soft rounded malt base hopped with Lemon Drop, Callista, Mosaic, and Ariana, Persephone delivers gentle citrus, sweet berry, and grassy floral notes.

Atlas might be the epitome of strength but this Session Ale can still pack a punch.

Atlas delivers soft body and subtle character while keeping things crisp and sessionable. Hopped with Callista, Hallertau Blanc, and Cashmere, expect delicate notes of pear, apricot, and strawberry layered with hints of melon, lemon-lime, and a gentle floral finish. A smooth bitterness rounds it all out, making Atlas as balanced as it is bright.

Brewed in collaboration with Howard Crook winner of the 2026 Stockport Beer & Cider Festival Homebrew Competition (speciality category). This beer blends spicy notes from the rye malt with a robust black bitter base, a sprinkle of Mosaic hops giving hints of pine, and earthy spices.
