Hopped with Callista, Hallertau Blanc, and Cashmere, expect delicate notes of pear, apricot, and strawberry layered with hints of melon, lemon-lime, and a gentle floral finish. A smooth bitterness rounds it all out, making Atlas as balanced as it is bright.
