We’ve brewed this cherry ale to support Four & owner Steph, representing Team GB at the “Senior Agility Open” in Germany this year. After a Silver win last year, they’re off again & we get to cheer them on!

Cherry Ale is Steph’s favourite, so we brewed a tart, fruity beer with a smooth wheaty base.

Kees Bubberman (Brouwerij Kees) and John de Vries (Brouwerij de Molen) joined us originally to brew this smooth and citrusy India Pale Ale.

Earl Grey IPA is fermented with timed additions of Earl Grey tea, offering flavours of bergamot and lemongrass, complemented by Sorachi Ace hops.

Dark and indulgent, this imperial stout is a celebration of rich flavors and bold craftsmanship. Brewed with velvety molasses and the deep, caramelized sweetness of muscovado sugar, it boasts a luscious body and layers of complexity. Expect notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and toffee intertwined with a subtle treacle finish, rounded out by a warming embrace of balanced bitterness. This is decadence in a glass—a perfect companion for slow sipping or pairing with rich desserts.
