Layers of roasted malt harmonize with the finest Castillo coffee beans sourced from the lush Alta Mogiana region, roasted by our friends and neighbours from Fort coffee. The natural sweetness of the coffee and its chocolate, apple and hazelnut notes blend perfectly with the porter, finished with milk sugar for a velvety mouthfeel creating a symphony of flavours reminiscent of your favourite cortado.

With a nod the past, present and future of one of Manchester’s most dynamic areas, a hop bill of Melba, Sultana and BRU-1 combine with a soft malt base to create a tropical and balanced session IPA.
