The innovation of tradition
Dark amber in colour, this years Barley Wine has distinct notes of caramel and marmalade, with just a hint of hop bitterness in the end. Best served slightly chilled and allowed to warm.
Aged for 45 weeks and 1 day in 500L sherry casks. This years edition of BA Barley Wine displays complex notes of kirsch, and hedgerow berries. Balanced with softer nutty tones & rounded out beautifully with a lingering polished note of oak.
Our classic macchiato porter aged on Irish whiskey infused oak spirals.
Named after a classic car owned by the boss’s father, Lagonda has been a house beer since 1997. The beer was originally designated an IPA but we feel pale ale better reflects current beer definitions. Pale in colour, the malts provide a sturdy body on which is built a citrus and floral hop character.
