Kees Bubberman (Brouwerij Kees) and John de Vries (Brouwerij de Molen) joined us originally to brew this smooth and citrusy India Pale Ale.

Earl Grey IPA is fermented with timed additions of Earl Grey tea, offering flavours of bergamot and lemongrass, complemented by Sorachi Ace hops.

Brewed to celebrate our lead brewer Tom’s time at Marble with an ode to his favourite pastime – fly fishing. Capturing the fresh, energetic spirit Tom brought to Marble, Foam Daddy is a DDH IPA bursting with tropical notes, soft hints of pine and a resinous finish. Balanced with oats and wheat for a smooth mouthfeel and of course… tons of foam!
