Kees Bubberman (now of Brouwerij Kees) and John de Vries (now of Brouwerij de Molen) joined us originally to brew this smooth and citrusy India Pale Ale, which is fermented with timed additions of Earl Grey tea.
We laid this beer on Bourbon and even more pineapple and cacao to create an incredibly smooth rich layered beer that opens up it’s flavours with each sip.
Crisp, clean and very drinkable with light notes of citrus, pine and a hint of caramel.
A malty marmalade base holds hop notes of citrus pine and stone fruits. The early caramel sweetness gives way to a clean, light, bitter finish.
