Brewery Logistics & Sales Support

37.5 Hours per week over 5 days – Salary £28,000 per annum

Marble Brewery is part of a small family run company, Marble Beers Ltd., that also includes the celebrated Marble Arch Inn. The brewery has been brewing since 1997 & celebrates its 30th birthday next year.

The role is key to the brewery, supporting the sales lead in everything from orders being placed correctly to beer being delivered to sites.

It requires someone who can multitask and prioritise their workload.

It may offer the opportunity to move up over time as the brewery develops.

We are a small business that prides itself on delivering great beer and great service, and are looking for someone with the same attitude.

Training will be offered to any successful candidate and we are always looking to support continuous professional development.

• Assisting Head of Sales in receiving and processing sales queries by email, phone & in person
• Making sales calls to regular customers, advising them of new or returning beers & building long term relationships
• Keeping all necessary records up to date on our company software
• Issuing invoices & resolving delivery & payment queries
• Ensuring all compliance documentation is correct

• Previous administrative and/or logistics experience in the industry
• IT proficient, including Excel (experience of Brewman software desirable)
• Good organisation skills
• Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
• Clean driving licence and willingness to do delivery runs
• Forklift truck licence
• Manual handling certificate
