This beer is the first of the series of sours for 2018, with branding inspired by the ‘op art’ movement, particularly Bridget Riley. It was lacto-soured in the kettle, then a mixed culture was pitched for primary fermentation. It was then dry-hopped with the classic comination of Citra and Amarrillo to give a bright citrus aroma to complement the acidity.
