Fermentation requires patience, and none more so than when working with Kölsch yeast. Using warm fermentation and cold conditioning we have created a fruity but crisp beer, containing prime crop Premiant and Motueka hops, as well as fresh lime zest to compliment. A collaboration brew with award winning beer and food writer, Melissa Cole, as a part of our 20th Anniversary Series.
